Don’t love your new artwork? We understand that buying online can be a daunting affair.
If for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied with their artwork, they must notify theCOart within 24 hours of receipt of the artwork for appropriate arrangements to be made. Should a return be accepted, shipping charges will be at the buyer’s expense. We recommend a “signed for” service as theCOart will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit.
If you received the work damaged due to transit, the work can be returned free of charge. You will receive a full refund on the purchase and the initial courier costs.
Please communicate to us at of the situation prior to return of work. We will schedule our courier to collect the artwork and send you a conformation email. Please print and attach the email to the artwork being returned. We will not accept the return of any work if it have been damaged whilst in return transit due to insufficient packaging. Once it has been returned without any damage you will receive all your money back. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges after 7 days. We will make the refund a top priority but please allow for 14 business days in order to process the payment.

PREPARING YOUR ARTWORK FOR A RETURN
In the event that artwork needs to be returned to theCOart, the buyer is responsible for packaging the artwork safely and securely for protection during transit. Failure to adhere to this requirement could delay the processing of the return request or result in its decline altogether.
